Slick color graphics and expensive materials are nice, but inspiring design is about using your head, not your wallet.
Twelve years ago, when we first started out, we designed, produced and printed this brochure completely in-house. Using leftover card stock, bits of string and a trusty laser printer, we produced 100 copies for a total cost of just $45. After mailing them (in laser-printed brown paper bags), we received 24 responses and eight new projects.
Now that's what we call "ROI."
